As society becomes more inclusive, people with disability are seeking to be better included in our community in a variety of ways. A growing area of interest for them is in becoming volunteers.
Can we afford not to include people who may provide us with a valuable source of voluntary labour and skills?
There are times however, when people with disability may need special arrangements to be made to ensure the workplace offers satisfactory outcomes both for them and for their employers. This half day workshop is brought to you by the ACE Disability Network and will be run by facilitators with years of experience in disability and volunteer management.
