The presentation will explore the content of The Australian Blueprint for Career Development which forms part of the Career Industry Council of Australia’s Quality Assurance Model for the delivery of quality career development programs. Bernadette will look at how the framework was developed, its use with adult learners and how ACE providers can develop suitable career education programs using this framework.
Bernadette Gigliotti is the Director of the Career Education Association of Victoria (CEAV) and is President of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) the peak industry body advising government on matters relating to the career development. Bernadette has over twenty years career counselling experience in state, Catholic and independent schools in Victoria.
