You will learn about the basic principles of good project management and some tips on processes that will help you keep your project on track and ultimately successful.
The presenter, Rosemary Sharman, is an experienced project manager and works on adult education projects across Victoria, particularly in the ACE sector. She is qualified at practitioner level in the Prince2 project management method.
