This session will be of interest to Broadband for Senior’s volunteer tutors who are interested in exploring easy to use websites and online tools to create digital stories and share with their families and friends.
Carole is an explorer by nature and always willing to share innovative practices for all practitioners.
In 2009 Carole guided groups of digital storytelling enthusiasts across the Hume region of Victoria to tell stories online about their family and local history. This was the latest in a long line of project experiences relating to digital storytelling – spanning a decade – a continuing focus and passion.
In 2010 Carole is the e-mentor for the Teachers Embedding E-learning Solutions (TEES) at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE and for e-champions in the Hume and Gippsland regions of Victoria who will lead the change in blended and embedded e-learning strategies in their organisations. Carole will also be facilitating a brand new VET Eportfolio Community of Practice – to be launched this year.
