Stay in touch with family and friends using Skype

Marian Vincent

If you’ve heard of Skype but don’t know what it is or how to use it, then this session is for you.

Skype is a free phone service that allows you to make computer-to-computer phone and video calls to anyone in the world, using your Internet connection.

This session will show you how to install Skype and set up your account; add and find friends and family members; set up your profile and make that first call.

Our presenter, Marian Vincent, is the BFS networker for WA. She is a coordinator for the language, literacy and numeracy program. She has also worked in adult education in the UK for many years.

Join us and learn more about Skype and how you can make it work for you and your kiosk.
