Running Engaging Workshops: Salve Training and Counselling

SALVE

Salve Training and Counselling are running a workshop aimed at anyone who wants to know how to handle a group, including difficult participants, and to tap into the creative insights of individuals or teams.  It provides a taster of two facilitation techniques, both designed to get all participants involved and in the flow. Action Method is about warming up the audience, keeping them engaged, dealing effectively with resistance and apathy, and making the most boring topics interesting and fun. Lego® Serious Play™ is a way of lending your brain a hand. By building metaphors using Lego bricks, participants tap into creativity and insight not normally accessed through conversation and cognition.
