‘If I Had To Give 10 Tips’ is a wish list of skills and practices that Keith feels that seniors (and any computer user) would benefit by getting on top of.
As a tutor at the Muswellbrook Seniors Computer Club he often found seniors who were keen to do things but lacked basic skills to sort the issue(s) out themselves. The 10 tips are basic skills and features that tutors first struggled with, and then said ‘WOW’, when they first experienced them years ago. Keith’s experience is that many tutors, himself included, sometimes take it for granted that ‘everyone can do that’, when in fact many lack these basic skills.
At the end of the presentation Keith will provide a link to a one page handout plus a set of PowerPoint slides.
