Building best practice benchmarks for the BFS Kiosk sites

This session will provide an opportunity to discuss and learn how host administrators and volunteer tutors are identifying and building best practice benchmarks for their Broadband for Seniors Kiosk. This is an opportunity for established sites to share their experiences with newer sites on the strategies they have been using as they progress along their journey of teaching and building confidence for their seniors.

The facilitators invite you to share your stories as we attempt to identify some fledgeling best practices for ‘different types of sites’ – building a picture of how different types of provider sites with their different characteristics and practices are identifying good strategies resulting in a successful learning model for their learners. Secondly this session will provide an opportunity for participants to identify and recommend a range of issues or topics of discussion that you would like to incorporate in the Elluminate sessions for 2011.
