This session will be of interest to volunteer tutors who are working with or preparing to deliver training to seniors in a Broadband for Seniors Kiosk setting.
Dianne, Sirkka and Tony developed the Broadband for Seniors training packages, including the online resource, and this will be a great opportunity to share your experiences in using these resources or if you have yet to commence your training to perhaps learn from others about how these resources have worked for their learners. Perhaps your BFS volunteer tutors have some favourite training tools or tricks they have been using in their training sessions and are happy to share these with other online participants or simply you may have a question about the existing resources which you would like to direct to the presenters!
