In an era of tightening government budgets, many community- based organisations are looking at ways to develop independent revenue streams to support their other work. However, the social enterprise path is littered with examples of poorly planned business ideas that end up costing community organisations money instead of making them money.
In this workshop you will learn about the principles of business model design and the key questions you need to determine up front.
Robyn Logan is the founding director of International Coach Academy (ICA), a global coach training school with students in more than 40 countries. She also operates a successful multimedia and business planning consultancy; Logan Strategic.
