Australian Council of Deans of Education Vocational Education Group (ACDEVEG) is hosting: Building confidence in VET Practice: 4th Annual Conference on VET Teaching and VET Teacher Education
Date: 6–7 December 2018
Location: Melbourne campus of the Central Queensland University.
Workshops will be facilitated in the afternoon sessions on Thursday 6th:
- What makes a good vocational and educational trainer?
- VOCEDplus Teaching and Learning Pod: Resource discovery to support practitioners.
- Examining the role of ‘in class support’ for early school leavers enrolled in VET courses.
Research Papers will be presented on Friday 7th:
- Keynote speaker – “The Dancing Princesses”: A movement for professional development of further education practitioners in the UK.
- VET teacher professionalism: How is it developed, and what is its current state?
