Result-Based Accountability™ – Know the difference we make

Result-Based Accountability™ (RBA™) is a powerful planning, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement framework that can be used to produce measurable results for communities and community programs.

It is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities and agencies can use to improve the performance of their programs. RBA™ can be adapted to fit the unique needs and circumstances of different communities and programs. Following recent trials in some Australian states, the program is now being rolled out more widely

RBA™ is useful for ACE providers, government agencies and others interested in measuring the difference their programs and services have made to the people who participate in them.

This session will build upon the introduction to RBA™ which was delivered in April. It will revise the key principles of RBA™ and examine how to use the data that is collected from program measures which were examined in the April session.  This will include the RBA™ processes of turning the curve and telling the story behind the baseline.

Paul Mulroney, who has extensive experience with RBA™ training through his role with Community Centres SA as Workforce Development Manager, will facilitate the session.
