This webinar will look at the two main areas that make or break projects:
1) successful partnering
2) assessing and managing risk
People are crucial – if they don’t work effectively together, then the chances of a project being successful will be severely limited. Risks might mean threats to your project or opportunities for it. This session will give tips and hints on how to get the most from your project partnership and how to assess and manage risk. The session follows on from the Managing Successful Projects ALA webinar (29 April 2015).
If you have particular questions you would like answered during this session, please email ALA at membership@ala.asn.au and call the subject Project Essentials Question by Friday 7 October.
About the presenter:
The presenter, Rosemary Sharman, is an experienced project manager and works on business development and adult education projects across Victoria, particularly in the ACE sector. She is qualified as a practitioner of the Prince2 project management method and was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards (2009).
