Following the success of this session last year, Cheméne is back to present her take on the Principles of Adult Learning. In this interactive webinar, Chemène re-defines the principles of adult learning and provides strategies on how you can apply them in 21st century learning environments.
This webinar is suitable for adult education practitioners. It covers a range of techniques adult educators can use to facilitate learning that leads to improved performance, regardless of the delivery mode.
By the end of this webinar, participants should be able to identify:
- key principles that underpin learning in any environment
- facilitation strategies that promote sustained learning and improve performance in today’s world of work.
About our presenter
Chemène Sinson is a learning and performance consultant who is passionate about quality adult education. She has 30+ years experience working in diverse educational settings around the world and within Australia.
Chemène specialises in both accredited and non-accredited program design and delivery.
Chemène is a TAE trainer and has designed commercial learning and assessment materials for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Her primary interest is in ‘best practice’ learning design and facilitation that improves performance. She speaks regularly on related topics at conferences and special events.
