Barbara Huggins holds a Master of Education (Strategic Leadership and Management) and has a passion for appropriate and relevant governance in not for profit organisations. She has over 30 years’ professional and personal experience encompassing management and leadership, capacity building, strategic and business planning, community development and education, public health issues and community responses, monitoring and evaluation, youth affairs, gender issues, financial management and Native Title.
